Bio
Regina Lark, Ph.D, CPO is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, TEDx speaker, author, and expert on emotional labor, executive function, and the brain science of clutter. For more than 25 years, she taught Women’s Studies and History, helping students understand the historical and cultural forces that continue to shape our lives today.
Now, Regina brings those insights to audiences around the world, helping organizations, associations, and women’s groups better understand the hidden costs of burnout, invisible labor, caregiving, and cognitive overload. Her engaging presentations blend history, neuroscience, humor, and practical strategies that empower audiences to reduce overwhelm, delegate more effectively, and create healthier ways to work and live.
Regina is the author of Emotional Labor: Why a Woman’s Work Is Never Done and What to Do About It, and Psychic Debris & Crowded Closets, the Relationship Between Stuff in Your Head and What’s Under Your Bed. She is also a Certified Professional Organizer, a specialist in chronic disorganization, ADHD, and hoarding disorder, and the founder of A Clear Path Professional Organizing.
